Documents
Your paperwork becomes your records.
Drop in a ticket, statement or gauge sheet and approve the records instead of typing them.
How it works
- 01
Drop it where it belongs.
Gauge sheets on the tank, tickets on the well.
- 02
Orion reads it.
Every page, photo or spreadsheet, tables and all.
- 03
Duplicates are caught.
Anything already on file is flagged before you see it.
- 04
You approve.
Nothing is saved until you say so.
01Upload where it lives
Stop retyping paperwork.
Drop the paper on the tank, well or page it belongs to and approve what Orion read.
- Fix it first
- Every proposed record is editable before you approve, and blanks stay blank.
- Duplicates flagged
- A haul already on file arrives marked for you to check.
- Paste a spreadsheet
- Rows copied from GreaseBook or Excel come in as a table.
02From the phone
Scan it on the lease.
Scan a ticket or invoice with the phone and it is filed as one PDF before you leave the lease.
- Squared up for you
- The app finds the page's corners and flattens each shot.
- Every page, one PDF
- Multi-page paperwork is saved as a single file.
- Filed where it belongs
- Scans land in their own folder, ready on the web.
03Statements
Check stubs, entered for you.
Purchaser statements and vendor invoices are read into your revenue and expenses, with no typing.
- Math that closes
- Gross, deducts, taxes and net are checked against the printed total.
- Runs matched to tickets
- A run already on file gets its price instead of a duplicate.
- Gas statements too
- Plant statements fill in the meter, lease, settlement and revenue.
04Well paperwork
One ticket, three records.
A pulling-unit ticket updates the well's service history, downtime and equipment from one upload.
- Everything a ticket holds
- Equipment, service, downtime, tests, production and notes.
- The bill too
- A priced field ticket files the job on the well and the bill on Invoices.
- Years of history
- Bring in a GreaseBook or spreadsheet export in one go.
05Files
Every file, in its place.
Every facility has its own folder, and Orion can find any upload by what it says.
- Ask Orion to find it
- Orion finds a scanned ticket by what is written on it.
- Logs in the browser
- LAS logs draw as tracks, and Orion reads the open file.
- Big files welcome
- Up to 5 GB a file, or a whole folder at once.

Questions
- Does a scan save anything on its own?
- No. Orion proposes the records, and nothing is saved until you approve them.
- What if the same paper is uploaded twice?
- Records already on file are dropped before you see the card, and the card says so.
- What can it read?
- PDFs, phone photos, spreadsheets, text, Word documents and LAS logs.
- Can the phone scan?
- Yes. Scanned pages are saved as one PDF and filed, ready on the web.
- Does it cost credits?
- Yes, reading a document uses AI credits. Out of credits, uploads still file and the card says to top up.
